We begin a new series from 1 Peter called Living with Hope in a Hostile World. Peter originally written to Christians who were scattered, misunderstood, and facing growing persecution. His words are especially timely for us today, as believers experience increasing pressure for their faith.
This first message, How to Have Confident Hope in a Chaotic World (1 Peter 1:1-9), will remind us that our hope is not rooted in circumstances but in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the eternal promises of God. Even in trials, our faith can be refined, our love for Christ can deepen, and our joy can remain unshakable. We will also share together in Communion, remembering the great mercy and living hope we have through the death and resurrection of Jesus.
Join us as we open God’s Word and discover how to stand firm in hope no matter what chaos surrounds us. Bring a friend who could use encouragement and strength for the days we live in.
