Kathy Penn was born and raised on the Iron Range and has begun to provide mental health counseling to individual adults at Rockwell Church – Virginia, MN two days a week. Kathy has a Counseling and Psychology degree from Bethel University and uses currently accepted mental health treatment approaches.
