Kids Awana with groups for for kids Ages 3-4 (potty trained) through grade 6. Meets Wednesday nights from 6-7:30pm Sept-April.
Our Awana children’s ministry is passionate about making church a safe place where children belong and spiritually grow to become resilient disciples who have a firm foundation in Christ. We want every child to know, love and serve Jesus for the rest of their lives. Our ministry would love to have you and your kids join us for Awana at Rockwell Church in Virginia, MN!
If you are already part of our church or your kid(s) attended VBS in June you can just email staff@rockwell.church and we can pre-register you with the information we already have. Also send us an email if you want to volunteer to help.

AWANA is like a “year round VBS” with Bible lesson, verse memorization, game time, snacks, and AWARDS. Awana is directed by Sandy H. and Kris E.
Kids today are facing some really hard stuff. But our Awana kids ministry is providing them with a faith foundation, and you can be a part of that! God is doing some amazing things with our kids. We want you to join us and be a part of the excitement!
All adult volunteers will be sent an email link through our Realm program for the criminal background check service and must have completed the simple process before they can work with kids under 18 and vulnerable adults at Rockwell Church. Our insurance company wants it and parents want to know we are taking precautions to keep their kids safe.
