I have made a lot of friends through church connections over the years. Often when people visit our church they are looking to see if there are people they can become friends with. Serving Jesus with others is a great adventure and we are usually more fruitful when we aren’t ministering all alone. The Old and New Testament is full of stories of friends. In Philippians 2 Paul shows us some characteristics of good friends. Come to Emmanuel this Sunday and be encouraged be a friend Jesus can use to encourage others in this great adventure of the Christian life.
We meet at 10:15am Sundays at 93 Midway Drive in Virginia, MN. We live-stream the worship hour but in-person is always better than video.
